Bears Paw Townhouses are a set on Kettleview Road and # 11 is the middle. Parking is available for 2 cars, one in the heated garage and the other in front. More cars and you will need to get a parking permit.

Enter into the hallway with heated slate floor; stairs immediately in front lead up to the main living floor; bench against the wall, corridor leads to 3rd bedroom and door to garage. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, small chest of draws, private bathroom and window. Bathroom has bathtub and shower head, basin, toilet heated slate floor and no window.

2nd floor. First door on left is 2nd bedroom with single over double bunk bed, large closet, bedside table and window looking up the mountain. Master bedroom has queen bed, bedside tables, built in closet, TV 27” dvd player and window looking up the mountain. Both bedrooms share 2nd bathroom with shower only, basin and toilet.

At the front of the chalet is a compact living room, the fully equipped kitchen in the middle. Large fridge with small freezer on top, ceramic hob and electric oven, large micro-wave, dishwasher, sink is against back wall. Split level breakfast bar with 2 chairs. Oblong dining table and 4 chairs beside front windows, overlooking Kettleview Road, buildings and Plaza chair. In the lounge area is a large sofa bed across window, looks out onto hot tub; gas fire place with wood mantle and TV on top; coffee table and armchair. Door leads onto balcony with hot tub, which looks towards the Plaza chair and buildings. In the passage from the stairs to the lounge is a large closet with separate washer and dryer.
