Silver Tip Landing is located at the end of Snow Pines Way, pass under the snow bridge with Sewra's green run crossing over head. # 1 is on the left hand side, 3rd condo block along. It is a beautiful development, complimenting it's environment with its soaring stripped down tree trunks for posts.

The ski-out access is from the road either going left to pick up Sewra's (a green run from the top of the mountain) or right and pick up Born to Run (a blue run from the top of the mountain) and take a minute ride to 3 chairs lifts. Ski-in access just after just crossing the ski bridge come of the ski run into Silver Tip and walk/ski to the garage or come down Born to Run, at the lit path simply take a right and head towards Silver Tip.

To get to the village center there is a pretty lit walking path (groomed by the snow cats every evening) that will take 15 minutes or you can catch the Big White Shuttle. The bus stop is located at the top Snow Pines Crescent, a 5 minute walk from Silver Tip Landing.

Parking is available for two cars in the heated garage , otherwise extra cars will need to park in Happy Valley.

Take the covered outside stairs to the left of the garage to the first floor. Enter in a hallway with heated slate floor, immediately to the left is a spacious cupboard for coats, 2nd left is a passage leading to bedrooms and bathroom. To right of hallway is the lounge area, then dining table, balcony with private hot tub and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/hob and oven, all stainless steel appliances. Center island has a beautiful granite top with breakfast bar. Dining table is a high square table with lots of space, 8 chairs that can be used at the table or breakfast bar. View form the hot tub is of the Silver Tip snow covered roof tops. The lounge has a corner slate clad gas fire place with wooden mantle and 42" flat screen TV and DVD player, fabric covered sofas makes for a cozy seating area.

First door in passage is the laundry closet with stacking washer and dryer, 2nd door of left is the shared bathroom with full suite with shower only. Second bedroom comes next with single over queen bunk, built in closet, chest of draws, 19" flat screen TV with DVD player is set on the window ledge, which looks up into the Whitetail trees. Master bedroom has a solid wood sleigh queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, large built in closet and a private bathroom with full suite of bath tub and shower over head and glass screen doors and heated slate floors. Window in bedroom looks up the skill hill.
