Overview

This lovely three storey town house has good ski in/ski out access,which is a short push down the street to the edge of the Mogul Track, leading onto Perfection Run. The village is a mere 10 minute walk.

There is parking in the heated garage for 1 vehicle, overflow parking is at Happy Valley. The garage has a door that leads to a small set of stairs taking you up to the front door of the property. There is a ski locker just to the right of the front door.

Once inside the property you are welcomed with heated slate floors in the hallway straight ahead is a den with a pull out sofa. Carpeted stairs lead up to the living, dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area is close to the kitchen and has an oblong table to seat 8.

The bright and airy living room has a rock face gas fireplace with comfy seating, TV/DVD/VCR with films. Doors at the end of the living area lead out onto the balcony where you will find the hot tub, which is a perfect place to relax after a hard day on the slopes.

Stairs round the corner of the living room lead up to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has single bunks.
